LET’S MAKE IT CLEAR
Good questions.
Straight answers.
Start with the basics: service scope, experience, cost, software, onboarding, and how your practice stays in control.
What does dental revenue cycle management include?
Dental RCM connects eligibility checks, claim preparation and submission, payer follow-up, payment posting, denial review, patient balance support, and performance reporting. Your service agreement identifies exactly which steps Cloud Dental RCM handles.
How long have you been doing this?
Our billing experience dates back to 2016. Cloud Dental RCM brings that practical experience to a focused service for dental practices, with clear responsibilities and consistent follow-through.
Can you work with our existing dental software?
We review your practice management system, clearinghouse, and secure access options during discovery. Tell us whether you use Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, Curve Dental, Denticon, or another system. We confirm the workflow before work begins; the software names do not imply a partnership or certified integration.
Can we outsource just one part of billing?
Yes. We can scope a defined workflow such as verification, payment posting, or insurance follow-up, or discuss a connected RCM service. You do not have to transfer every task to start.
Can you help with old unpaid insurance claims?
A focused A/R project can be scoped around an agreed aging baseline and time period. We review deadlines and supporting records, prioritize actions, and separate recovered cash from adjustments. Recovery depends on payer rules and claim validity.
How do you price your services?
Pricing depends on your locations, claim volume, payer mix, software workflow, selected services, and the condition of existing A/R. Your proposal sets out the billing basis, minimums if any, setup costs if any, third-party costs, and notice terms.
How does onboarding work?
We start with discovery, then agree scope, fees, responsibilities, and reporting. Before patient-data access, the applicable agreements, secure access arrangements, and approved communication channels must be in place. We then establish a baseline and begin the agreed work.
Will our practice stay in control?
Yes. Your practice retains control of clinical coding decisions, financial policies, bank accounts, refunds, write-offs, and patient disputes. We define approval and escalation rules with your team.
How is patient information shared?
The website contact form is for business inquiries only. Patient information is shared only through separately approved channels after the relevant service and data-handling arrangements are in place. Please do not send records, insurance IDs, or claim documents through this website.
Do you guarantee claim approvals or collections?
No billing company controls a payer’s final decision. Our work focuses on complete administrative submissions, documented follow-up, and clear reporting. Payment depends on coverage, documentation, timely filing, and payer adjudication.
Do you support specialty dental practices?
We discuss your specialty, payer mix, documentation, and software during discovery. Orthodontics, oral surgery, pediatric programs, and dental-to-medical cross-billing may need a distinct scope and capability review.
How soon can we begin?
Timing depends on the agreed scope, team capacity, signed agreements, software access, and the records available. We provide an onboarding plan rather than a one-size-fits-all promise.
