Cloud Dental RCM provides billing and administrative support, not dentistry, medical diagnosis, or treatment. Clinical decisions remain with licensed providers.

Consultation requests

Submitting an inquiry requests a conversation. It is not a confirmed appointment, a client relationship, or a service agreement. Work begins only under a separate written agreement.

Service scope and outcomes

Included tasks, fees, responsibilities, reporting, and expectations are set out in the service agreement. Claim approval, reimbursement, collections, payer enrollment, and recovery timing are not guaranteed.

Information on the website

Resource content is general operational information and does not replace payer instructions, clinical coding decisions, professional advice, or review of a practice’s circumstances.

Third-party references

Software and payer names are used descriptively. They do not imply a partnership, endorsement, certified integration, or universal compatibility.
